After removing all the fixtures, tile, and rotten drywall, they replaced the walls and floors with waterproof drywall, laid new tile, and installed new fixtures. Workers arrived promptly every day and cleaned up the work area at the end of each workday. When a delay in the tile I had ordered occurred, instead of making excuses, I was notified immediately and also informed when the tile would arrive.
