1. Conversation
The first step toward your next beautiful project is speaking to our experienced renovation and construction specialist. This initial meeting is complimentary and will determine whether or not your vision and our team are the perfect fit. We’ll chat about ideas, current trends, material selections and other important factors to consider for your project. You’ll get to share your vision, your goals and your budget.
2. Creation
Now, it’s time to design and create a plan. We’ll sign an initial planning agreement, measure your space, and begin developing a plan to bring your dream to reality. We will provide you with 2 to 3 different concepts, including sketches and 3D drawings. We’ll discuss budget options and begin selecting the best materials for your space. An initial payment will be required.
3. Contract
With the initial vision and plan in place, we will sign a contract and include every detail of the material selections, design finishes and construction expectations. You’ll meet the Project Manager and receive a clear understanding of what you should expect throughout the process. A percentage of your estimated project cost will be determined and due at this time.
4. Construction
A fixed-price contract will be signed to begin the permitting and pre-construction activities at your space. Your Project Manager will schedule regular meetings to keep you up-to-date with the progress and a final walk-through will be done to complete the project. Progress payments will be made during this time.
5. Completion
Welcome home to quality! Your new space is ready for you to enjoy.
