History
I.S. Enterprises, Inc. was founded in 1989 by Italo Rodriguez and Eddie Migues. Their experience in construction and design, added to their expertise in supplying general contracting supplies, was the perfect combination for success. As one of three Washington-owned businesses, I.S. Enterprises is EPA Certified to remove lead based paint hazards from homes and facilities. In addition, I.S. Enterprises is a long standing provider of supplies and services for General Services Administration (GSA). I.S. Enterprises has been servicing homeowners, businesses, industries, government entities, embassies and international organizations for over 25 years, proving to be masters of consistency and quality.

Italo Rodriguez
President | CEO | Co-Owner
Italo Rodriguez began his career as a skilled construction tradesman in 1972 and has been creating beautiful spaces in the Metropolitan DC area ever since. With a keen eye for detail, impeccable design and a passion for customer service, Italo sets a high standard for I.S. Enterprises. His diverse business portfolio highlights his drive and business savvy. Italo believes that I.S. Enterprises should be small enough to listen and big enough to deliver results.
Italo is known for having his hand in beautiful, innovative designs, new construction and facility renovations, for residential, commercial and government projects. Italo is a licensed contractor in DC, Maryland and Virginia.
Eddie Migues
Vice President | Project Manager | Co-Owner
Eddie Migues is a master in his trade, both as Project Manager and Lead Abatement and Mold Remediation Specialist. Eddie leads I.S. Enterprises as one of three businesses in Washington that is EPA Certified. Eddie is committed to ensuring a safe environment, one home at a time.
As a long-standing provider for General Services Administration, in keeping with the GSA Schedule, Eddie has procured contracts with DC Government, The White House, Navy Yard, Air Force, Fire and Police Departments and more. In addition, his expertise in the area of sales and marketing continues to make dramatic impacts on the overall success of IS Enterprises.
